Booking Policy

• All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum 50% advance payment.
• Balance payment is to be completed 7 days before arrival.
• Group and event bookings require written confirmation and custom payment terms.
• All rates are subject to change based on season and availability.

Cancellation Policy

• 15 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee.
• >7 days prior to arrival: 50% of total booking value will be charged.
• >3 days prior to arrival: 75% of total booking value will be charged.
• >Less than 3 days / No-show: 100% of total booking value will be charged.
• Group bookings and special offers may follow separate cancellation terms.
