Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival will carry a 50% retention charge of total bill value.
Cancellation 3 days prior to arrival will carry a 75% retention charge of total bill value.
Cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival or no show will carry a 100% retention charge of total bill value.
